Astérix et Obélix: Mission Cléopâtre / Asterix and Obelix Meet Cleopatra
Velodrome

Cleopatra, the Queen of Egypt, decides, in defiance of Roman Emperor Julius Caesar, to build a sumptious palace in the middle of the desert, and in only three months. If she succeeds, Caesar will have to publicly recognize that the Egyptian people is the greatest of all peoples. Cleopatra therefore orders that the snappy, state-of-the-art architect Numerobis be called. If he gets the palace up in time, she'll cover him in gold; if not, she'll throw him to the crocs. Numerobis, aware of the stakes, seeks the help of his old friend Panoramix, who comes to Egypt with Asterix and Obelix. Together, they have to deal with Amonbofis, Cleopatra's official architect, who is jealous because the Queen has chosen Numerobis and is ready to do what it takes to ensure that the project fails.
