Olivia, Eloy, Guille and Anna travel to Berlin to surprise their friend Comas with a visit for his 35th birthday. He doesn’t give them the welcome they expected and during the weekend their contradictions grow and their friendship is put to the test. Together they will discover that time and distance can change everything.
Elena Trapé took her first steps as a director with commercials and the short films No quiero la noche and Pijamas. In 2009 she helmed the TV movie La ruina, Best Film nominee at the Gaudi Awards. In 2010 she made the leap into cinema on writing and directing Blog, which competed in Zabaltegi-New Directors and for which she received a Best New Director nomination from the Círculo de Escritores Cinematográficos. In 2015 she directed the documentary about Isabel Coixet, Palabras, mapas, secretos y otras cosas. Les distàncies (Distances) won the Golden Biznaga for Best Film and the Silver Biznagas for Best Director and Best Actress at the Malaga Festival.
