Madrid, 1961. Ana Mari is a spinster with a limp, a Franco supporter and instructor of the Women’s Section. On orders from Franco, she's sent to work as a maid in the home of Ava Gardner, with the intention of spying on her. To do the job, she must pretend that she’s married to Manolo, an opportunist who will become the chauffeur for the American actress. Premiere of the complete Movistar+ series.
BIOGRAPHY
Paco León is a film and television actor and director. He has directed the feature films Carmina o revienta (Carmina or Blow Up, 2012), Carmina y amén (Carmina and Amen, 2014) and Kiki, el amor se hace (2016). In television he has directed episodes for the series Ácaros (2006-2007). Anna R. Costa wrote the script for the feature films Embarazados (2016) and Bajo el mismo techo (2018), by Juana Macías, for the short films La vuelta a la tortilla (2013) and Vaca Paloma (2015), by Paco León, and for the series Ácaros and Ventdelplà (2008-2009), among others. She wrote and directed the short film Con lengua (2006).
